Cancellations and refunds
Once campaigns are paid for, no cancellations or refunds are possible.
Amendment of Campaign Dates
a. If you need to amend the dates of your advertising campaign, you may do so within 72 hours of the campaign commencement date.
b. To request a change in campaign dates, please email our customer support team at info@RadioHero.com, providing the necessary details.
c. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable restrictions or limitations.
No Changes After Campaign Commencement
a. After the campaign commencement date, no changes to the campaign dates are possible.
b. It is your responsibility to ensure that the campaign dates are suitable before the commencement date.
Communication and Notification
a. Any communication regarding amendments to campaign dates must be made within the designated timeframe.
b. We will communicate any approved changes in writing via email.
Force Majeure
a. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as acts of nature, government regulations, or any other force majeure events, we reserve the right to change the campaign dates or provide suitable alternatives.
b. We will notify you promptly in such cases and work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution.
